People Liaison

What’s your dream job?

Too often I feel we are behind the times in what people need. There are too many agendas and not enough listening.

I’ve been in corporate jobs for 20 years and my favorite role has been the responsibility to engage my team. On an individual level everyone has value. Too often this is overlooked trying to meet the organizational goal and cranking onwards to the next mission. Organizations forget that without their team they are not credible and they are not meeting their goals.

How you treat people is directly reflected in the work they do. We no longer live in an era of dedication to a job because an employer rarely shows that dedication to their employee. Among other reasons of exploration and curiosity… if you are a good employer your way-finders will return. At the very least they will refer good people to you for employment.

My passion is helping people find their true value and having their voice heard in a meaningful way. In professional fields is where we need this shift more than ever. People have redefined what matters to them and employers need to engage in the shift.

Grow responsibly, financial, and people focused for longevity in your success. My dream job would be to guide people and ride alongside employers as they navigate the shift.
